Executive director of Centre Miko Tripalo. Worked as chief of staff of the Ministry of Science and Technology, consultant for UNDP in Kyrgyzstan and project manager of World Bank funded project in the Government Communications Office. Holds master’s degree in international relations from Columbia University and is the recipient of the Open Society Public Policy Fellowship and Honorable Mention Award of the State Department Title VIII Prize for best policy papers in 2007.
