As part of its regular activities aimed at promoting democratic ideas and values in Croatia, fostering rule of law and encouraging the Europeanization of Croatian society and politics, Centre Miko Tripalo awards its annual Miko Tripalo Award for the contribution to development of democracy and freedom of the media.
The Award is presented for scientific and journalistic activity that contributes to promoting European values in Croatian society. The decision to grant the award is made by the Assembly of the Centre based on the proposal of the Management Board. Nominations and justification for the award are put forward to the Management Board by the Award Committee.
